As it was raining (for about the 20th day in a row), I decided to make some icecream themed cake pops that I had seen in the latest Cupcake and Sweet Treats magazine.
They are my first attempt at cake pops after my workshop back in November last year, so I wasn't expecting them to be the best bake ever. But I managed to get two pretty good ones (out of about 10) so I can't complain too much. The rest all ended up falling into the chocolate or turning into a rather sticky mess!
In better news though, the last couple of days have been lovely and sunny Maybe these cake pops were the sunshine equivalent of a rain dance...
